I hopped over to Cold Spring this weekend to see the Grasshopper Chapel.

The Assumption Chapel, also known as the Grasshopper Chapel, is located on a hill in Cold Spring, Minnesota. The first chapel was built in 1877 and the present day chapel was built in 1951.
The video was created with the iPhone 4.

What I like and don’t like about the iPhone 4 video
– Hard to keep iPhone4 steady as you can’t attach a tripod, at least not that I know about. (Let me know if you have that figured out!)
– Has great audio, but don’t cover the mic located on the bottom of the iPhone 4 while recording.
– You can record the Global Positioning System, GPS, location of the video or photo!
– Simple and easy to use video. Can photograph yourself or subjects. The screen of the phone is your viewfinder. (Photo below has a pin in yellow showing the exact location the video was made.)
– Compact and fits in your palm or pocket.
– Can send video clips directly from iPhone 4 to email.

See related blog about iPhone 4 video.

If you are traveling to St. Cloud, check out the Grassphopper Chapel located on Chapel Street, just off of Highway 23, Cold Spring, Minnesota.
